Channel Track Instrument Supports & Cable Tray
Channel Track Manufacturing, based in Houston, Texas, makes perforated angle, channel and flat bar for supporting cable and instrument tubing, along with stands, headers, strut and cable tray. Products are made in the USA in aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel and fiberglass, and Channel Track runs an active nuclear quality assurance program.
We supply the Channel Track line for instrument installations in plants, skids and process facilities.

Instrument Stands
- Built from 2" Sch. 40 pipe in aluminum, galvanized and stainless steel
- Single, double, cantilever and triple configurations
Condensate Pots
- Sizes 2", 3", 4", 6" and 8" in carbon steel and stainless steel
- 100% hydrostatically tested, Sch. 40, 80, 160 and XXH
Instrument Air Headers
- Manifolds for air, liquid and gas systems in aluminum, brass and stainless steel
- Tapped one or both sides, in lengths up to 20', with tap spacing to your specification
Instrument Supports & Tube Clamps
- Perforated angle, channel and flat bar in aluminum, fiberglass, galvanized and stainless steel
- Raceway and punched channel in multiple widths
- 316 stainless steel clamps for air and hydraulic tubing: single line, duplex, gang clamp with backplate, and yoke clamps
Maxistrut Channel Framing
- 1-5/8" wide strut in aluminum, stainless steel and galvanized steel
- Flat plate, angle, Z, U and wing fittings, plus post bases, brackets, pipe clamps, beam clamps and spring nuts
Cable Tray
- Ladder tray: 6" to 36" widths, all NEMA classes
- Channel tray: 3", 4" and 6" widths
- Trough tray: 6" to 36" widths, all NEMA classes
- Aluminum, stainless and galvanized, with 12", 24" and 36" radius fittings
